The County of Placer is inviting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive study of the County’s Capital Facilities Impact Fee Program (Fee Program) and completion of a Nexus Update consistent with the requirements of this Request for Proposals and the Mitigation Fee Act (Government Code section 66000 et. Seq). The resulting study shall be a comprehensive analysis to inform the County’s efforts to update the Fee Program. The updated Countywide Impact Fee Study is necessary to ensure the Fee Program generates the needed revenue to construct the required facilities to support the County. This RFP will result in the award of one or more contracts to be effective for an initial term of approximately two years, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. |
