Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for Ergonomic Chairs for all County departments. One or more Supplier Contracts shall be awarded by all-or-none basis in the total not-to-exceed amount of $100,000. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. This bid shall result in the award of one or more supplier contracts in the maximum aggregate amount of $100,000 for an approximate one-year term with possible annual renewals. Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or quantities to be purchased during the term of the agreement. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
