The Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPWMA) is soliciting competitive bids for furnishing all labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the MODULE 6 EXCAVATION project.  WPWMA has estimated cost of the Work to be $11,343,000.

The Work generally consists of excavation of approximately 1,719,000 cubic yards (CY) of soil, stockpiling approximately 967,000 CY of soil on top of a closed, onsite landfill, and either exporting offsite for the Contractor’s use or stockpiling onsite approximately 752,000 CY of soil in a second, onsite location, establishing and maintaining temporary stormwater and dust control measures, and establishing permanent stormwater quality control piping and appurtenances and erosion control measures. 

There will be a pre-bid conference on July 26, 2022 at 9:00 am at the project location: 3013 Fiddyment Road, Roseville, CA 95747.

The opening of the bids will be conducted via Microsoft Teams immediately after the bid Closing Date and time.  Any bids received after the bid Closing Date and time specified shall be returned unopened.
