The County of Placer is inviting proposals from consulting firms, groups or individuals to prepare a comprehensive analysis and recommendation (“Nexus Study”) of the County’s Affordable Housing and Employee Accommodation Fee Study. The report will provide justification in support of the implementation of the Affordable Housing and Employee Accommodation fees consistent with the requirements of the Mitigation Fee Act (California Government Code Section 66000 et seq.). This RFP will result in the award of a contract to a single firm or individual to complete the subject study. |
