Placer County is soliciting sealed statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager / General Contractor (CMGC) services for the American River Debris Removal Project in Placer County. This RFQ will result in one (1) contract to provide preconstruction services as a Construction Manager (CM) in the CMGC process throughout the design and environmental review of the American River Debris Removal Project.   

This RFQ includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
