The County of Placer is resoliciting RFP No. 20570 for proposals from qualified firms to provide full service Architectural and Engineering design services for the Bickford Ranch Fire Station located within the Bickford Ranch Specific Plan (BRSP). Services are to include; programming and scope confirmation, design, permitting and bidding, construction administration and assistance during the one-year contractor warranty period.
