The County of Placer is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing development Construction Inspection services and/or Project Facilitation services, as the County’s representative (Consultant) for current and pending large subdivision projects and Specific Plan projects in Placer County, including but not limited to Placer Ranch, Placer Vineyards, Bickford Ranch, and Regional University. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a Qualified List of firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. The County intends to name approximately five Consultants to the List, which shall be valid for three years from the date of award, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. |
