Description: 

The County of Placer is seeking proposals for a state-of-the-art electronic cloud-based leave/disability case management solution for leave administration and disability management.  The solution will be used to track and monitor employee leaves of absence, medical limitations, modified work assignments, and modifications to existing job assignments; document meetings and communications with employees; provide task management and notification functionality; and include capability for analytics/metrics and data reporting.

This RFP will result in the award a contract to be effective for an initial term of approximately two years, with an option to renew the contract for two additional one-year periods, at the County’s discretion.
