Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for fire alarm system inspection, maintenance, and repairs in each building location that are required to be operational, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The successful bidder (hereinafter “Contractor”) shall test, inspect, maintain and repair county fire alarm systems. The Contractor shall supply all materials, labor, parts, supervision, tools, and transportation in doing the work set forth in accordance with the Scope of Services. The Contractor and its technicians shall possess and maintain licenses and certifications for the State of California and per the manufacturer. Placer County intends to award a supplier contract on an all-or-none basis to the successful bidder in the total amount of $50,000 for an initial one-year term with possible annual renewals. Placer County does not guarantee any minimum or maximum number of hours that service shall be required. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
