Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for window cleaning services for various County buildings throughout Placer County on an as-needed basis on behalf of the Department of Facilities Management. A Supplier Contract shall be awarded in the total not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 for an approximate initial one-year term with possible annual renewals.  Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this bid solicitation.
