Placer County is requesting bids from qualified firms to provide scheduled maintenance services for each of the County’s Compressed Natural Gas (hereinafter referred to as “CNG”) facilities listed herein as well as repair services on an as-needed basis on behalf of the Department of Public Works Transit/TART Division.  The County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum amount of services which shall be requested of the selected firm.  This bid shall be evaluated and awarded on an all-or-none basis.  The County intends to award a single two (2) year agreement to the successful firm with the option to renew the resulting agreement on a year-to-year basis for up to two (2) one-year terms.  Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
