Placer County is inviting proposals from qualified organizations to operate a 14-bed, Short Term Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) program located at the Cirby Hills campus, 101 Cirby Hills Drive, Roseville, CA 95678. Populations to be served at the CRT are Placer County residents, age 18-59 with a mental health disorder, who are referred by Placer County Adult System of Care (ASOC), or contracted organizations.  ASOC desires to work closely with the awarded organizations (“Provider”) to provide these essential services.  The facility is in an ideal setting for this collaboration, as it resides on the same campus as the ASOC outpatient behavioral health clinic services, Clubhouse/Wellness Center, County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF), and soon to be opened Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center (LOTUS).
