Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for purchasing and delivering bulk oil and lubricants on behalf of the the County. This bid shall be awarded on an all-or-none basis, and the County will award a supplier contract in the maximum amount of $100,000. Each participating agency will be responsible for issuing its own contract with the successful bidder. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or quantities to be purchased during the term of the resulting agreements. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the bid invitation and associated documents.
