| Description: | Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for Ergonomic Chairs for all County departments. A Supplier Contract shall be awarded by all-or-none basis in the total not-to-exceed amount of $130,000. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. The County intends to award one annual contract to the successful firm for an initial one-year period with the option to renew for additional one-year terms. Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or quantities to be purchased during the term of the agreement. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments. |
