The County of Placer is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide defensible space fuel reduction services to support the County’s pilot program. Through this proposed pilot program, up to $5,000 would be available for fuels mitigation on properties owned by seniors or disabled individuals whose gross annual income fall at or below “very low” income guidelines as shown in the table below. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a Qualified List of firms to provide defensible space fuel reduction Services. The County intends to name qualified Contractors to the List, which shall be valid for three (3) years from the date of award, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods. |
