The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from qualified firm(s) to develop, operate and transition upon site acquisition. Perform site search/selection, acquisition (including application and receipt of any needed entitlements or other regulatory approvals), conversion and rehabilitation of property/ies for affordable housing/ permanent supportive housing program. Provide technical assistance and or partner with the County and/or other local jurisdictions with applying for funding for this project (e.g., Homekey, upcoming State and Federal grants, Tax Credit, etc.). Operate the identified site as for affordable housing/ permanent supportive housing program with supportive services and property management.
