The WPWMA is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified engineering firms for the purposes of preparing the necessary technical documents for, and providing assistance with, permitting the WPWMA’s Western Property for development of future Class II sanitary landfill capacity.

This project will require a full-service firm with the ability to deliver a wide range of services including, but not limited to: project planning and management; landfill design and sequencing; preliminary engineering including preparation of plans and cost estimates; geotechnical services; hydrology and hydraulic services; solid waste-related engineering support; and close coordination with, and understanding of, applicable federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
