The County of Placer is requesting sealed Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals or firms to provide on-call Traffic Signal Design Services for various capital improvement projects and public and private land development projects within the County. The County is seeking firms with solid traffic signal design knowledge and familiarity with the county’s design standards. The selected firms will have knowledge of the Caltrans Construction Procedures Manual, Caltrans Standard Plans, and Caltrans Standard Specifications as well as Placer County’s Special Provisions. The firms will also have the responsibility of providing county staff with updated plans if revisions result from project changes during construction. |
