Placer County is soliciting competitive quotes for inspection and testing services for FM-200 and FE-227 fire suppression systems at various County facilities for the Facilities Management and Information Technology departments.  Inspection and testing services shall be provided on a semiannual basis.  Bids will be compared on the basis of the sum of the extended prices of all line items for inspection and testing, on-call hourly rates and materials markup.  An annual supplier contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on an all-or-none basis for an initial one-year term with possible renewals on a year-to-year basis.  Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount expended or hours of services to be procured during the term of the resulting agreement.  Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Request for Quote and associated attachments.
