Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for Courier Service on behalf of the Document Solutions Division and the Placer County Library. Services will be provided in accordance with a routine schedule. Contracts may be awarded for the Document Solutions service route or the Library Services route, or both.  Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders for an approximate initial one-year term with possible annual renewals.  All pricing shall remain firm for the initial contract period. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
