The County of Placer is soliciting a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide professional civil engineering and related services for the North Tahoe Shared-Use Trail Segment 1 Project located in Tahoe Vista, California in an unincorporated area of eastern Placer County. This RFP will result in the award of one contract for the subject project. 

This solicitation includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.

A Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled for November 2, 2023 to be held via Microsoft Teams. Interested firms will have an opportunity to submit questions regarding the requirements outlined in this RFP.

While attendance is not mandatory, interested proposers are highly encouraged to attend, as this meeting will not be recorded.  In order to make the meeting more effective for all participants, attendees should read the bid documents thoroughly prior to the meeting.
