The County of Placer is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to perform mechanical thinning, natural stand mastication thinning, plantation mastication thinning, small tree mechanical thinning, small tree mechanical thinning plantations, small tree mechanical thinning and meadow restoration, hand thinning, road reconstruction, and follow-up mastication in the forests in the French Meadows area of Placer County.

This RFQ includes a description of the scopes of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal for the prequalification phase.
