The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a formal Multiple Property Listing package consistent with the Martis Valley Trail Project HPTP and guidance and to produce interpretive content to populate an outdoor facility located along the Martis Valley trail on the United States Army Corps of Engineers property and to design an outdoor facility to contain the interpretive content.

This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting a proposal.
