Placer County is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for construction management, construction inspection and materials testing, for a bridge replacement projects in an unincorporated part of Western Placer County on Dowd Road at Racoon Creek near Lincoln. This RFP will result in the award of one project specific contract to administer the construction contract for the subject project. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2020 and last through January 2021. |
