The County is requesting proposals from wood-based bioenergy and biomass utilization project developers to potentially design, build, and operate an appropriate facility on the 3.7-acre site.  The County is seeking solutions on reducing catastrophic wildfire risk through the efficient utilization of onsite woody biomass material by constructing an innovative woody biomass facility at the Eastern Regional Landfill site.
