The Placer County Air Pollution Control District (PCAPCD) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified entities to provide public information, communication, and community engagement services to support PCAPCD’s air quality, public health, and community partnership mission. This Request for Proposals (RFP) will result in the award of a contract to a single firm or organization for all of the services described here in. This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal. |
