Placer County is soliciting requests for proposals to develop a robust, countywide Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) for the County of Placer in accordance with the California Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) Guide and the FEMA Local Mitigation Planning Policy.  The CWPP will serve as a strategic document to mitigate wildfire risks, enhance community readiness, and inform sustainable land management practices. Through effective interest-holder engagement, data collection, and risk assessment development, the plan aims to enhance community resilience and establish actionable strategies for wildfire prevention and mitigation.
