Placer County is soliciting competitive quotations for the purchase of pre-filter and HEPA filter replacement and disposal services on behalf of the Department of Facilities Management.  The County intends to award a contract for an approximate initial one-year period in the total not-to-exceed amount of $22,000 with possible annual renewals.  Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis.  Placer County makes no guarantee of a minimum dollar amount or quantities to be purchased during the term of the agreement(s).  Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this solicitation and associated attachments.
