The Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPWMA) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified entities for the purposes of designing, permitting, financing, constructing, owning, and operating a facility to generate and market renewable natural gas, electricity, fuel, and/or other beneficial products derived from landfill gas (LFG) recovered by the WPWMA at the Western Regional Sanitary Landfill (WRSL).

This Request for Proposals (RFP) will result in the award of a contract to a single firm or organization for all of the services described here in. This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
