Placer County (hereinafter referred to as County) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to submit formal sealed proposals to provide a Solar Energy Project including engineering, construction, permitting, interconnection, and operations and maintenance at 4242 Cincinnati Avenue, Rocklin, CA.  Although the County recognizes the provisions of Government Code Section 4217.10, et seq., the County is committed to providing fiscal responsibility and transparency to the public.  As a result the County will waive the provisions of Government Code Section 4217.10, et seq., and will instead conduct this competitive Request for Proposals to ensure that the most qualified firm that demonstrates the best overall value to the County will be recommended for award of the resulting contract for the work described herein.

Cost proposals shall include Direct Purchase, Lease Purchase, and Power Purchase Agreement pricing schedules. This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
