Notice is hereby given that bids are being solicited by the County of Placer for Annual Contract(s) to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, tax, and services necessary to install new roofs and repair and/or remove existing roofs on an as-needed basis.  It is anticipated that asbestos removal workers will be utilized for roofing tear-off only on those roof areas that have been identified as containing asbestos.  The resulting contract(s) will be executed for a single one-year period in the annual aggregate amount of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00).
