The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide full service architectural and engineering design services for infrastructure upgrades for the Auburn branch of the Placer County Library. Services will include existing conditions assessment and scope confirmation, design, permitting and bidding, and construction administration. Services shall also include assistance during the one-year contractor warranty period. The County will not contract a separate construction management consultant for this project.

This RFP will result in the award of a contract to a single firm or organization for all of the design services described herein. The initial contract award will include Task 1.0 as described in Section 6 of this RFP.  Upon successful completion of those tasks, a contract for the remaining tasks may be negotiated with the successful consultant, at the County’s option.
