The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide full service Architectural and Engineering design services for the Bickford Ranch Fire Station located within the Bickford Ranch Specific Plan (BRSP). Services are to include; programming and scope confirmation, design, permitting and bidding, construction administration and assistance during the one-year contractor warranty period. This Request for Proposals (RFP) will result in the award of a contract to a single firm or organization for all of the design services described here in. This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal. |
