The County of Placer is soliciting proposals for wastewater design services for two areas selected for consideration for low income housing sites.  These areas would need to rezone as high density to accomodate low income housing development.  The exisiting sewer model for this trunkline ran buildout conditions assuming a lower density development for these areas.  The County need to determine the ulitmate buildout pipe size downstream of these areas assuming the higher density zoning and then obtain the preliminary and final design of the resulting pipe sizes.  This RFP will result in the award of one contract to be effective approximately one year.
