The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional right-of-way appraisal, appraisal review and related services for the Federal-Aid bridge replacement project on Yankee Jims Road over the North Fork of the American River in Foresthill, CA. This RFP will result in the award of one project-specific contract for the subject project.

This RFP will result in the award of a contract to be effective for an initial term of approximately two (2) years, to be extended at the County’s discretion, as necessary to complete the project.
