The County of Placer is requesting sealed Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals or firms to provide consulting services for the Department of Public Works for solid waste collection and processing, landfill monitoring and maintenance, water, wastewater and recycled water services at various locations in unincorporated Placer County.  This Request for Qualifications will result in Qualified Lists in multiple disciplines.  The Western Placer Waste Management Authority may use the approved firms resulting from this RFQ to request solid waste-related services.
