Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for carpet and chair cleaning services on an as-needed basis for the Department of Facilities Management. The awarded contractor shall provide carpet and chair cleaning
services for various County facilities located from South Placer County to the North Lake Tahoe area. This bid shall
result in the award of a supplier contract in the maximum amount of $75,000 for an approximate initial one-year term with possible annual renewals. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
