Placer County is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform preventative maintenance and pre-approved and as-needed repairs for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment located at County facilities. The County’s goal is to receive high-quality preventative maintenance and repair services delivered in a cost effective manner with full reporting and accountability to the County and with minimal County supervision.  The attached Request for Proposals includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
