The Work consists generally of the following: Project Area 1 and Project Area 2, include demolition of several existing DeWitt Buildings, including the work of asbestos abatement and lead abatement and other hazardous materials removal, complete demolition and removal of all building materials, all contents, all foundations, and removal of all adjacent exterior site appurtenances, removal of underground and above ground utilities, removal of trees and protection of trees to remain and other landscaping, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, final grading and hydroseeding.
