The County of Placer is seeking a qualified consultant to provide services and expertise in support of its housing programs. This includes, but is not limited to, the implementation and administration of the County’s First Time Home Buyer (FTHB)/Down Payment Assistance programs, as well as other programs and agreements involving deed restrictions. This RFP will result in the award of a contract to a single firm or entity, to be effective for an initial term of approximately two (2) years, with an option to renew the contract for additional contract periods, at the County’s discretion and dependent upon available funding.
