Placer County is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide professional services for the provision of alternate dispute resolution services (ADRS) as outlined in the Dispute Resolution Programs Act of 1986, hereinafter referred to as the Act.  The Act provides for the local establishment and funding of informal and voluntary alternate dispute resolution programs. The goal of the Act is the creation of a statewide system of locally funded programs that will provide dispute resolution services (primarily conciliation and mediation) to county residents.
