Notice is hereby given that bids are being solicited by the County of Placer to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tax, transportation, equipment and services necessary for the PLACER COUNTY AUBURN LIBRARY REROOF AND HVAC REPLACEMENT, Project No. PJ01234, Bid No. 20160 (the “Work”). The project consists of work: Demolish exising modified bitumen, metal and single ply roofing systems, install new substructue to improve slope and mitigate draining issues, install new single ply and metal roofing. Install three new aluminum ladders. Remove and replace existing roof mounted HVAC Ductwork.
