The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms (“Consultants”) to provide State and Federal legislative advocacy and consulting services.  The County intends to enter into agreements with a qualified Consultants to provide professional services that support the administration of the County’s legislative program.  The scope of work required generally includes providing analysis and advice on legislative issues, developing strategies, monitoring legislation, advocating for County’s priorities and interests, and identifying funding opportunities.

This RFP will result in the award up to two contracts (one for State Advocacy Services and one for Federal Advocacy Services) to be effective for an initial term of approximately two (2) years, with an option to renew the contracts for three (3) additional two-year periods, at the County’s discretion.
