Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for the purchase of paint and related supplies on an as-needed basis for the Department of Facilities Management Building Maintenance Division.  A supplier contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis, or however is in the best interests of the County if there are "no bid" items, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the maximum amount of $25,000.00 for an approximate one-year term with possible annual renewals.  Prompt payment discounts offered and local vendor preference will be considered in the evaluation.  Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or quantities to be purchased during the term of the resulting agreement.  Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis.  Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
