Placer County is inviting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for construction management, construction inspection, environmental services and materials testing, for the Placer Parkway Phase 1 Project in an unincorporated part of Western Placer County. 

This RFP includes a description of the scope of services, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
