Notice is hereby given that bids are being solicited by the County of Placer to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, tax, and services necessary for the TAHOMA ROADS WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS (the "Project").  This solicitation is a re-bid.  Work generally includes constructing a new pathway; grading; paving; applying signing and striping, erosion control, and other items and details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, specifications or these Special Provisions for the Project.

Bid documents include an additive alternate to seal coat the Dollar Creek Shared-Use trail, excluding the pedestrian bridge concrete decking.

The Contractor will be required to maintain and warranty Landscaping and Vegetation Items, including Erosion Control (Dry Seed), for a period of one year from the acceptance of the project by the Board of Supervisors.

The engineer's estimate for the Base Bid is $301,732.

There is no DBE Contract goal for this project.

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the scope of work, terms, conditions, and requirements contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
