Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for portable restroom and hand washing stations on an as-needed basis primarily at public parks and satellite department locations where no permanent restroom facility is available.  On occasion portable units are required for special events.  This bid shall be awarded on an all-or-none or per Region basis and the resulting Supplier Contract shall be issued in the maximum amount of $50,000.00.  Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis.  Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or quantities to be purchased during the term of the resulting agreement(s).   Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
