Placer County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, groups or individuals to provide Independent Cost Estimating services for the American River Debris Removal Project CMGC Delivery Process for Placer County. The County is seeking proposals from consultants that have the knowledge and experience to prepare cost estimates based upon labor, equipment, materials, and production rates in order to evaluate the cost estimates provided by the CMGC Contractor selected for the project. In addition, the County is looking for consultants that possess the ability to work in a collaborative environment with the owner, designer, and contractor in order to work through conflicts and achieve the best possible and most cost effective solutions.

This RFP will result in one (1) contract to provide Independent Cost Estimating services throughout the design and environmental review of the American River Debris Removal Project CMGC Delivery Process.
