Placer County is soliciting bids for a contractor(s) to furnish all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, tools and services necessary to perform tree thinning and piling services as described in Bid No. 20410 - French Meadows Thinning & Piling Project.  

A job walk will be scheduled in bids&tenders for this solicitation.

The County has estimated the cost of the Work to be five million four hundred thousand dollars ($5,400,000.00).

The County will award the bid to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) and may award by rows (Unit ID), implementation units, or however best serves the interests of the County.   Quantity volumes provided are solely for bid evaluation purposes. Bidders are not required to bid all bid items but are required to bid all line items within a Bid Group.  Low bids that may exceed the County's estimates may affect the County's ability to award certain bid items or Bid Groups.
