Placer County is inviting proposals from qualified organizations to operate a 20-bed Adult Residential Facility (ARF) located on the Placer County Government Center (DeWitt Center) campus at 11080 B Ave, Auburn.  The facility, currently named Harmony House, is licensed as an ARF.  Populations to be served by the ARF are Placer County residents, age 18-59 with a psychiatric disorder, who are referred by Placer County Adult System of Care (ASOC).

This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
